Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout on qualifying orders. Express shipping is available at a flat rate regardless of order weight.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard shipping within Canada typically arrives within 5–10 business days depending on your location. Express shipping typically arrives within 2–4 business days. Remote and rural locations may require additional transit time. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
International shipping is not currently available. We ship to Canadian addresses only at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us at swapinswapout780@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. SISO is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or events outside our control. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. SISO is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order please contact us immediately at swapinswapout780@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged please photograph the item and the packaging and contact us at swapinswapout780@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
